Objects with Stories
Why I sell a few things alongside photographs.
A bowl is never only a bowl. Someone chose the clay, mixed the slip, and decided how thin the walls could be before they collapsed.
I am drawn to objects that carry that kind of attention—things made slowly enough that the maker's patience becomes visible.
When I offer pieces in the shop, I am not curating perfection. I am sharing a thread between the person who made the thing and the person who will live with it.
